About Us
Clarity. Culture. Championship Standards.
I’m not just a coach—I’m a builder of people and culture. A thought partner. A trusted mirror.
For 25 years, I’ve thrived in some of the most competitive environments in sport. I coached at the highest levels of women’s college basketball, including a National Championship run at the University of Tennessee and a WBI Championship at Appalachian State. These experiences shaped my competitive edge, but more importantly, they cemented my belief that sustainable success comes from clarity, culture, and purpose—not just wins.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with cancer. That season changed everything—how I live, how I lead, and how I serve. It gave me perspective on what truly matters, and it sharpened my commitment to helping others lead with resilience and authenticity.
That’s why I stepped into this work. I know firsthand the weight of leadership: the pressure to have all the answers, the relentless pace, the expectations that never stop. Too often, leaders pour endlessly into others while no one pours into them. I wanted to create that space.
My approach blends lived experience with professional training. I earned my Leadership & Performance Coaching certification through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. Today, I work with leaders across industries—athletic coaches, executives, entrepreneurs, and high performers—helping them align who they are with how they lead.
What makes me unique is that I’ve been exactly where my clients are. I understand the thrill of achievement and the hidden costs of leadership. My role is to bring both empathy and edge—serving as a mirror, a sounding board, and a partner—so leaders can show up with clarity, grounded confidence, and purpose.
